As a Registered Nurse, coach, and mother I bring a wealth of knowledge to the body altering and aesthetics industry. I am dedicated to helping people achieve their highest level of self Esteem and wellness, by targeting the mind, body and soul. Over the past 3 years I have created and maintained a safe space for inspiration, treatment and healing. As a body contour specialist and post operative care expert, I provide non invasive treatments to help clients achieve their body goals through inch loss; and build confidence in their appearance and abilities to live a healthier lifestyle. I have a passion for helping others and consider myself a career learner. I am consistently seeking educational opportunities to provide the most up to date technology, techniques, relevant and effective equipment and tools to my practice.

My extensive hospital work experience in emergency, observation, medical surgical, operating room, post anesthesia care, and wound care have shaped my knowledge base of the human body and allowed me to care for people at their worse and help them on the journey to recovery. One of the things I pride myself on as a healthcare professional is my ability to reach people at their level of understanding, and ensure that after each interaction you leave with a little more knowledge than when you came.

As a nurse coach and wellness counselor, I have instructed many adults in nutrition health and exercise. I have an abundance of knowledge to aide clients in achieving their body image goals, and how to incorporate positive mind and soul awareness.

I was born and raised in the city of Philadelphia. I received my associates degree in nursing from Harcum College and continued my education at Grand Canyon University where I obtained a bachelors of science in nursing. I am a triple board certified nurse, and I am currently pursuing a graduate degree and certification as a nurse practitioner. I started working in this industry because I want to continue to help people gain ESTEEM. I am committed to helping people of all backgrounds achieve complete mind and body wellness. My studio services clientele from all over the surrounding areas and states, and I maintain RN licensure in the states of PA, NJ and DE.
